Job Type: FULL TIME (>=20 HRS WEEKLY)
Pay Range: $65/hr on w2
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded, and self-driven HR Data Analyst to design, analyze, and communicate the impact of our programs through executive-level reporting and data storytelling. This individual will work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating extensively across teams.
Within ES, the Agentic Talent Experience (ATE) team delivers impactful learning and talent programs across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and evolve a success measures model and roadmap to assess and showcase ATE team impact.
• Track and report on V2MOM goals, consolidating and processing multiple data sources.
• Design, build, and deliver executive-ready Impact Reports in partnership with Program Managers and Go-To-Market SMEs.
• Manage program survey strategy in partnership with the Employee Listening team and coordinate with relevant external vendors.
• Monitor and integrate operational and system-generated success measures in collaboration with Ops & Tech teams.
• Coordinate and support research initiatives alongside the People Analytics team.
• Consult with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable analytics.
• Develop compelling executive-level slides and data narratives that clearly communicate insights and business impact.
• Build and maintain process documentation while proactively enhancing data frameworks and operations.
• Enable broader team data literacy and mentor a data analytics summer intern.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance workflows and share learnings with the team.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• Proven ability to handle highly confidential HR data with discretion and integrity.
• Strong experience managing HR data and/or working within HR analytics environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and delivering Impact Reports from multiple data sources.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Program Managers, Go-To-Market SMEs, Ops & Tech teams, and People Analytics.
• Experience managing survey strategies and vendor coordination.
• Ability to monitor and integrate operational and system-output success measures.
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Google Sheets
• Excel (large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, graphs, automations)
• Google Slides (executive-level presentations)
• Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills to proactively identify interdependencies.
• Sound problem-solving logic to uncover hidden issues and implement effective solutions without unnecessary complexity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, HR analytics, or related analytical roles.
Teachable Skills
• Navigating and collaborating effectively within a 70K+ employee organization using tools such as Slack and Google Meet.
Preferred Competencies
• Experience designing and delivering executive-level Impact Reports
• Survey strategy and vendor coordination experience
• Research initiative support in partnership with analytics teams
• Exposure to incorporating AI into data workflows
• Ability to navigate large enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Meet)
