Responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience required
• 3–5 years of experience in digital solutions, learning management systems, document storage systems, or related environments required
• Experience supporting project management initiatives and delivering against defined project goals preferred
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience documenting in Jira or Confluence preferred
• Understanding of data management, process analysis, and enterprise software applications preferred
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Python preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Agile certification preferred
