Title: Director – Compensation and HRIS Integration
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Compensation and HRIS Integration to lead the transition of HR systems and oversee compensation programs. This role will be responsible for managing the integration of HR platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate standards while supporting the unique needs of the business unit.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, deep expertise in compensation strategy, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Integration Leadership: Lead the end-to-end integration of HR systems, including compensation, recruiting, performance management, and other core HR functions.
System Alignment & Data Mapping: Identify and map critical data fields between legacy and new HR platforms. Address data gaps and implement solutions for seamless system transition.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align HR processes and systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration.
Compensation Strategy & Oversight: Manage total compensation programs including incentive plans, job architecture, pay benchmarking, and infrastructure reviews.
Reporting & System Administration: Maintain and optimize HRIS reporting capabilities and support system administration tasks.
Operational Support: Provide backup support for benefits and payroll operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification in compensation (e.g., CCP) preferred.
5–10 years of experience in compensation and benefits program management.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
