Role description
Role : Workday Functional Analyst
Location : Washington DC Onsite- Local DMV
Contract : 18+ Months

The primary responsibility of the Technology Servicesβ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa. For a new travel system implementation project, we are seeking a skilled Workday Developer to design, develop, and support Workday solutions across reporting, integrations, and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday custom reports and dashboards, building and supporting Workday Orchestrate integrations, and creating data models, analytics, and visualizations using Workday Prism Analytics. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate shall possess the knowledge and skills set forth in the Technical Services BOA, Section 3.13.2 for labor category Functional Analyst.
Qualifications:
β’ Experience developing Workday reports, Orchestrate integrations, and Prism Analytics solutions.
β’ Strong understanding of Workday Finance business processes, security, and data architecture.
β’ Experience with Workday integration technologies and reporting frameworks.
β’ Excellent work ethic and analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The Contractor shall deliver, but not limited to, the following:
β’ Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
β’ Build and support Workday Orchestrate integrations for a new travel system, workflows, and automation solutions.
β’ Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines, datasets, and visualizations.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, integrations, and analytics solutions.
β’ Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
β’ Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and production deployments.
β’ Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
