What you’ll be doing As a Human Resources Reporting and Insight Specialist (known In-house as our People Performance Analyst), you’ll play a key role in transforming workforce data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across Southdown. You’ll lead on producing monthly and ad hoc reports, support regulatory submissions, and help bring our data to life for board reporting and service contract requirements. You’ll also be instrumental in developing and maintaining our HR systems and reporting tools, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll help shape how we use data to improve people performance and experience. You’ll also contribute to our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) group by providing valuable data insights. Key Responsibilities What you’ll need for the role: • Experience of working within an HR function • Experience analysing and drawing insight from complex data sets • Ability to produce engaging management reports that drive decision-making • Familiarity with HRIS systems (iTrent) and tools like Business Objects and Power BI • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach What would be nice: • CIPD qualification or working towards. • A curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement • Experience working in a social care or not-for-profit environment • Confidence in producing data for a range of stakeholders • A good eye for design and formatting to make reports visually engaging • Familiarity with workforce-related regulatory reporting (e.g., gender pay gap, ONS, NHF) Training: Our award winning in house training team will help you to gain valuable qualifications, continually develop your skills and build a great career with the largest provider of housing, care and support in Sussex.
