Role description
i5 Technology Group is seeking a Senior PowerApps Developer to support our federal customer. This is a hybrid position requiring the employee to be on site 2 - 3 days per week. β€’ Support the development of new and sustain existing solutions in support of our Government Partner mission and support the migration of existing SharePoint Solutions from on premise to SharePoint Online β€’ Gather and document application requirements, propose SharePoint solutions, develop, and deploy solutions, create training plans, create documentation as part of Software Development Lifecycle processes β€’ Design, code, test and document web and business applications using a variety of development software applications, tools, and techniques β€’ Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to create strategies to automate business processes β€’ Delve into complex technical issues while respecting timelines, team commitments and customer processes β€’ Assist with the operations and maintenance of intranet applications, as needed β€’ Support debugging of customer intranet applications as needed Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS β€’ β€’ Bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience or work experience equivalence β€’ β€’ Five years of continuous SharePoint development experience β€’ β€’ Demonstrated senior-level experience translating business processes into automated software solutions β€’ β€’ Experience interfacing with stakeholders and system owners addressing both steady state and development with changing priorities β€’ β€’ Experience in producing responsive, multi-platform web applications using a variety of integrated development environments, graphics software applications, techniques, and tools β€’ β€’ Strong SharePoint experience β€’ β€’ Required experience with the Platform architecture, development, and administration of SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online β€’ β€’ Knowledge of relational database design and query concepts β€’ β€’ Ability to plan, organize, and keep up with multiple projects and multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision Preferred Skills β€’ β€’ Experience with both On-Premises SharePoint and SharePoint Online β€’ β€’ Experience with SharePoint InfoPath forms β€’ β€’ Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI β€’ β€’ Experience in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates β€’ β€’ Experience with MS Teams and Office 365 β€’ β€’ Experience maintaining release schedules β€’ β€’ Ability to assess and plan future SharePoint infrastructure β€’ β€’ Ability to adapt to changes in course while maintaining productivity β€’ β€’ Minimum 5 years of significant experience in SharePoint Development and Implementations β€’ β€’ Minimum 5 years of significant experience in Power Platform β€’ β€’ Experience with SQL and Dataverse Soft Skills & Competencies β€’ Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders β€’ Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions β€’ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and maintainability β€’ Comfortable pushing backβ€”professionallyβ€”on poor design decisions β€’ Self-directed, collaborative, and accountable Benefits β€’ Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) β€’ Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) β€’ Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) β€’ Training & Development β€’ Work From Home β€’ Free Food & Snacks β€’ Wellness Resources
