JAVA Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with extensive experience in IBM BAW/BPM, Rest API, UI customization to join our team as a Technology Architect. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing complex projects. With 8 to 14 years of experience, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our projects and contributing to the technical deliverables. Experience : 8 to 14 yrs Will work with customer FTE as tech anchor and offshore team Technical Skills : - Rest API, IBM BAW/BPM, JAVA, cloud foundations, SQL developer - Lead the development and implementation of IBM BPM solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Oversee the BPM design and integration of Rest API services to ensure seamless communication between various systems and applications. - Provide technical expertise to develop and maintain robust payment processing systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products. - Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security. - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion within the defined scope. - Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality and best practices. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to support their professional growth and development. - Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Possess a strong understanding of IBM BPM to develop and optimize business processes. - Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing Rest API services for seamless system integration. - Have in-depth knowledge of Forex Payments to develop secure and efficient payment processing solutions. - Exhibit excellent project management skills to oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. - Showcase strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve technic Certification(s) Required : Nice to have in IBM BPM
