Role description
Hiring: IBM CP4BA / IBM BAW Developer
📍 Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirement)
📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract
We are actively seeking an experienced IBM CP4BA / IBM BAW Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Business Process Management and Business Automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement enterprise workflow solutions using IBM CP4BA / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW/BPM).
Develop Business Process Diagrams (BPD) using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Build and customize Coaches and Coach Views for business applications.
Integrate IBM BAW with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and AJAX.
Design and optimize database interactions using SQL.
Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
Implement Case Management and Decision Services solutions.
Perform BAW performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.
