Role name: IBM Doors L 4 Expert Work Location: Cincinnati OH (On Site) Duratiion: 12+ Months Technical Responsibilities β€’ Configure, customize, and maintain IBM DOORS and DOORS Next Generation environments. β€’ Develop and manage DOORS modules, views, attributes, and linkages. β€’ Create and maintain DXL scripts for automation, reporting, and data manipulation. β€’ Integrate DOORS with other tools (e.g., RQM, RTC, JIRA, Enterprise Architect). β€’ Perform data migration and synchronization between legacy systems and DOORS/DNG. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DOORS infrastructure and usage. Functional Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. β€’ Define and implement requirements management processes and best practices. β€’ Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and engineering teams. β€’ Ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI, ASPICE). β€’ Support audits and reviews by providing traceability matrices and compliance reports. β€’ Act as a liaison between engineering, quality assurance, and project management teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. β€’ 10+ years of experience with IBM DOORS and DOORS Next Generation. β€’ Proficiency in DXL scripting and DOORS customization. β€’ Strong understanding of systems engineering and requirements lifecycle. β€’ Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 26262, DO-178C). β€’ Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid development methodologies. β€’ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
