Our client is looking IBM Initiate Developer for Long term project in 100% Remote below is the detailed requirements.
Job Title : IBM Initiate Developer
Location : 100% Remote
Duration : Long term
Job description:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
• You should have strong experience with IBM Initiate MDM (now part of IBM InfoSphere MDM)
• Strong understanding of Entity Resolution, Data Matching Algorithms, and Survivorship Rules
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, XML, XSD, and Web Services
• Experience in data integration (ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage a plus)
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and SQL scripting
• Experience with data governance and data quality tools is a plus
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
