Responsibilities:
β’ Design and develop scalable middleware applications and services for the middle tier.
β’ Establish and maintain resilient and high-availability middleware environments.
β’ Implement deployment solutions including clustering, load distribution, and failover strategies using MuleSoft.
β’ Set up and manage API gateways and enforce API governance policies.
β’ Optimize performance through tuning of JVM, garbage collection, and MuleSoft runtime environments.
β’ Mentor and guide client teams via hands-on development sessions and technical collaboration.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, developers, project leads, and systems engineers to align integration solutions with business objectives.
β’ Contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture planning for enterprise middleware systems.
β’ Apply industry best practices to enhance stability, performance, and scalability of applications and integrations.
β’ Handle day-to-day support operations including issue resolution, change implementation, and production support.
β’ Participate in an on-call rotation for critical support coverage.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or comparable experience with relevant technical certifications.
β’ 8+ years of experience in middleware engineering with a strong background in MuleSoft administration.
β’ Solid experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
β’ Hands-on expertise in managing and troubleshooting middleware runtime platforms.
β’ Skilled in diagnosing performance bottlenecks and optimizing middleware/ESB components.
β’ Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
β’ Familiar with software development lifecycles, IT operations processes, and managing interdependent enterprise applications.
