Primary Job Title: IBM OpenPages Developer /Administrator Alternate/Related Job Titles: β€’ IBM OpenPages Engineer β€’ GRC Platform Administrator β€’ IBM OpenPages Implementation Specialist Location: Owings Mills, MD Onsite Flexibility: Onsite (Intermittent Onsite Presence — Hybrid flexibility available for non-local candidates) Contract Details: β€’ Position Type: Contract β€’ Contract Duration: 6 months (initial assignment) β€’ Start: As Soon As Possible β€’ Pay Rate:Β $70 - 80/hr β€’ Shift / Hours: Standard business hours, Monday-Friday β€’ Work Location: Owings Mills CC3 - resource may work remotely with onsite presence as needed Job Summary: The IBM OpenPages Developer /Administrator will design, implement, and manage OpenPages solutions to support critical Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring advanced OpenPages technical expertise, strong GRC domain knowledge, and proven experience in end-to-end configuration and customization, working closely with vendors and implementation partners to deliver robust and scalable risk solutions.Key Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and Customize Solutions: Configure and tailor IBM OpenPages modules to align with organizational requirements. β€’ Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design through implementation and testing. β€’ Implement and configure OpenPages modules including Business Continuity Management (BCM), Business Continuity Testing (BCT), and Internal Audit Management (IAM). β€’ Design dashboards and reports that deliver insights into risk metrics, compliance status, and audit results. β€’ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to document and refine requirements. β€’ Partner with vendors and implementation teams to drive successful OpenPages delivery. β€’ Design and implement custom workflows and reporting solutions. β€’ Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and platform updates. β€’ Coordinate with IBM vendor support for system upgrades and stability improvements. β€’ Conduct impact and risk analysis for system and data changes. β€’ Follow agile methodologies and best practices in project execution. β€’ Communicate effectively across technical and business audiences. Required Experience: β€’ Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM OpenPages (v8.x or higher preferred). β€’ Proven record of working with vendors and implementation partners on OpenPages projects. β€’ Strong grasp of GRC principles and risk management processes. β€’ Hands-on experience with OpenPages Solution Packs (e.g., Operational Risk, Policy Management, IT Governance). β€’ Familiarity with AFCON, AURA, and TFUI within OpenPages. β€’ Technical proficiency with: β€’ ReactJS (JavaScript Library) β€’ Java (Programming Language) β€’ RESTful APIs (Web Services) β€’ SQL (Structured Query Language) β€’ Spring Framework (Java Framework) Nice-to-Have Experience: β€’ Background in Financial Services or Asset Management industries. β€’ IBM OpenPages Administrator Certification. Required Skills: β€’ Expert-level configuration and administration of IBM OpenPages. β€’ Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving. β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Preferred Skills: β€’ Agile software development and project management. β€’ Dashboard and data visualization design. β€’ Strong documentation and organizational skills. Additional Skills: β€’ Knowledge of regulatory and risk management frameworks. β€’ Proven ability to manage cross-functional GRC initiatives. β€’ Vendor collaboration for enterprise-level implementations.
