Job Title: IBM TM1 Developer Location: Wilmington, DE & Jersey City, NJ (3 days onsite – travel required between both locations) Experience: 10+ Years Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics) Developer with strong expertise in financial planning, banking domain processes, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing forecasting capabilities, improving governance, and supporting real-time financial analytics. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions • Build and optimize rules, feeders, and cubes for financial planning • Enhance forecasting models and predictive analytics capabilities • Improve version control and CI/CD processes • Support real-time data integration and modern data platform initiatives • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance alignment • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions • Maintain proper documentation and communication across teams Core Functional Expertise • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) • Budgeting & Forecasting: • Revenue / NII / NIM • OPEX & Headcount (HC) • Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) & profitability allocation • Balance Sheet & Liquidity Planning • Asset Liability Management (ALM) concepts • CECL / Provisioning drivers • RWA & Capital Planning (Basel / ICAAP) • Stress Testing (e.g., CCAR) Technical Skills • 10+ years hands-on experience with IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics • Strong experience with: • Rules & Feeders • Data modeling and cube design • Solid SQL skills with performance tuning expertise • Experience with: • Data warehouses / data lakes • Real-time data processing • Integration experience with ERP/GL systems such as: • SAP • Oracle • PeopleSoft Key Competencies • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent stakeholder communication • Experience working in banking / financial services domain • Ability to work in Agile / fast-paced environments Nice to Have • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for TM1 • Experience in predictive analytics within financial systems • Knowledge of modern cloud/data platforms
