Role description
Razor is looking for an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (iCAM) Developer to work on a long term, remote, prime federal government contract supporting a federal government agency in the Alexandria VA/Washington DC Nations Capital Region. (Remote)
Potential Start Date: November 2025
Public Trust Clearance will be required and sponsored through Razor and Federal Government Contractor
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Lead design and implementation of specific iCAM workstreams (e.g., identity lifecycle automation or federation of services)
β’ Assist in developing and reviewing iCAM technical architectures, integration strategies, and solution designs
β’ Implement target iCAM architecture and access control on applications, infrastructure, API and on Cloud services
β’ Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Required Skills:
β’ Experience in implementing fine grained access control for Single Page Application, Legacy Application and Cloud Apps
β’ Experience in customizing and implementing Multi-Factor Authentication services on authentication platforms such as OKTA and Identity as a Service (IDAAS)
β’ Experience in customizing iCAM COTS products and performance tuning
β’ Experience coding in Java Technologies like JDBC, Java Script framework, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA and Web Services (REST)
β’ OKTA and SailPoint development experience
β’ Familiarity with developing, deploying, and troubleshooting applications in AWS environments
β’ Knowledge of DevOps Process to deploy to cloud infrastructure, Jenkins CI/CD process for product/API deployment
β’ Proficiency with automation and integration (APIs, SCIM, scripting in Python, PowerShell, etc.)
β’ Experience developing automated unit tests using Selenium
β’ Knowledge of Zero Trust security models and compliance frameworks (NIST SP 800-63, FIPS 201, FedRAMP)
β’ Familiarity with GenAI tools (such as Amazon Q or GitHub Copilot) for accelerating development, testing, and documentation in IAM/iCAM projects
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience with production support, issue resolution and collaborating with vendors
β’ Experience with Database design including Stored Procedures, DML and DDL tasks
β’ Experience fixing Security vulnerabilities in code
