Job Duties
β’ As an Idea to Market Data Analyst, you will be a key player in driving data excellence across our projects.
β’ Will partner with our project manager and cross-functional teams - like Finance, Marketing, Quality, R&D and Global teams - to translate data into actionable insights that fuel growth, improve project performance, and strengthen decision-making.
β’ Will own data systems, ensure integrity across I2M tools and reports, and lead data storytelling that enables strong project governance.

β’ Lead I2M Data Tracking and Governance
β’ Manage data from our project management tool (Accolade) for project stage gates approvals and financials analysis.
β’ Partner with project management team to set up and maintain reliable tracking tools.
β’ Set up templates and information for ease of use with cross-functional teams
β’ Continuously improve data and governance in collaboration with the I2M US Lead.
β’ Deliver insights for leadership and stakeholders
β’ Analyze and present data on project data, performance, benefits and costs.
β’ Provide updates to leadership related to our projects portfolio and performance.
β’ Support critical discussions with fact-based storytelling and visuals.
β’ Develop Power BI and Excel report, based on business requests.
β’ Track financial profiles and KPIs
β’ Track ATO timelines, budgets and project KPIs across the I2M portfolio.
β’ Drive transparency and accountability through regular reporting.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelors degree required (Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred)
β’ Data Management and Analytics expertise.
β’ Business acumen in portfolio/project insights.
β’ Ability to build and influence cross-functional partnerships.
β’ Excellence communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
β’ Accolade experience is a plus.
β’ Experience in CPG companies is a plus.
β’ Advanced Excel and Power BI experience.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
