We are seeking a skilled Identity & Access Governance Lead with a strong background in data management and governance frameworks.

Candidate must have experience in implementation of Data Access Governance through Immuta in order to establish and deploy access control policies for datasets migrated to client s new EDW.

   • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the proposed platform meets compliance, security, and data privacy requirements

   • Collaborate with the Data Platform Architect to ensure proper data access, sharing, and management across the platform

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices.

Experience Needed:

   • Experience in Data Access Governance and data protection operations.

   • Understanding of Open Access Remediation, structured and unstructured data discovery and classification of PII, PHI, PCI data, data sharing, user access management, RBAC and ABAC concepts

   • Ability to identify data privacy related gaps in the current state and recommended gap remediation measures

   • Able to define privacy policies, data masking and anonymization solutions

   • In-depth knowledge of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices

   • Proficiency in data management and analytics tools

   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

   • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

   • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
