Job Title: IFS Support Analyst

The : An IFS Support Analyst primarily provides technical and functional support for the IFS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Their responsibilities include user creation, troubleshooting issues, configuring the system, and ensuring the system aligns with business needs and processes. They act as a bridge between technical aspects of IFS and business users, often collaborating with various teams to optimize system performance and resolve problems.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Investigating and resolving technical and functional issues related to the IFS ERP system, including application functionality, performance, and data integrity. This often involves triaging tickets, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
System Configuration:
Creation of users and assigning permissions. Configuring the IFS system to meet specific business requirements, including customizing lobbies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working with business users, cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Supply Chain), and external vendors to resolve issues, implement changes, and improve system utilization.
Documentation and Training:
Creating and maintaining system documentation, including knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides and training materials, and providing training to end-users.
Process Improvement:
Identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through the use of IFS technology and recommending improvements to workflows.
Data Management:
Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within the IFS system.
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IFS Support Analyst.
Strong understanding of IFS ERP system, including its modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Document Management, HR, CRM, Project Management, Procurement), functionality, and best practices.
