Job Title: Ignition Architect
Job Location: East Granby, CT 06026 (100% On-site)
Job Duration: Long term

Job Description:-
· Architect and design scalable Ignition SCADA solutions, including control systems, databases, database interfaces, and tag providers
· Develop and implement Ignition architectures using Ignition Edge, Enterprise, and Foundation modules, along with authorized third-party modules (e.g., Sepasoft)
· Perform site surveys to assess data integration readiness and define optimal approaches for connecting plant machines with Ignition
· Lead end-to-end solution design for manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements
· Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, data processing, and system customization within Ignition
· Design and implement data analytics, reporting solutions, and KPI dashboards for plant and machine performance visualization
· Integrate PLC systems with IT/OT technologies to enable seamless data flow and system interoperability
· Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide enhancements, and deliver ongoing support
· Work closely with offshore engineering teams and lead project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
· Apply strong knowledge of multiple PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols
· Strong hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA, including architecture, design, and deployment
· Ignition Gold Certification is mandatory
· Expertise in Python scripting for Ignition development
· Solid understanding of plant and machine KPIs and their visualization
· Experience with PLC integration and industrial automation systems
· Knowledge of IT/OT integration technologies and manufacturing domain practices
· Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI, and tools such as Sepasoft
· Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
