Job Title: Image Analysis programmer
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Duration: 6 Months βContract to Hireβ
Job Description:
β’ Image analysis programmer, familiar with imaging file types and analytical tools such as DICOM, E2E, Nifti, OpenCV, PIL, Flywheel, scikit-image etc
β’ Familiarity with data from various image modalities such as MRI, PET, OCT, fundus photos etc
β’ Familiarity with Medical imaging tools: 3D Slicer, Flywheel etc
β’ Python data science skills for data manipulation (pandas), web frameworks ( dash, shiny) and visualization (matplotlib, plotly, seaborn), and ML (pytorch)
β’ Other skills: Medical imaging Python libs: pyDicom, simple-itk, nibabel; Containerization and familiarity with Docker; Version control, Git, Bitbucket.
β’ Develop, adopt and deploy image analysis and informatics tools to support data-driven decision making
