Job Title: GenAI Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Experience: 5–10+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and building scalable AI solutions integrated with modern backend systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or similar models • Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies for performance and accuracy • Develop AI-powered applications, chatbots, and automation tools • Integrate AI models with backend systems using APIs and microservices architecture • Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) • Fine-tune and evaluate models for domain-specific use cases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions Required Skills • Strong programming experience in Python (preferred) or TypeScript • Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) • Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex • Solid understanding of Machine Learning and NLP concepts • Experience in building and consuming REST APIs • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience with vector databases and embeddings • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes is a plus
