Job Title: MicroStrategy Expert Location: Media PA (Hybrid) Interview Type: 1st round In-Person Employment Type: Long Term Contract Overview: We’re seeking a seasoned MicroStrategy Expert to join our team in supporting a leading retail and convenience store chain. This is a long-term contract role based in Media, PA. The ideal candidate should be local or within commuting distance, as the initial interview will be conducted onsite to ensure candidate authenticity and avoid proxy submissions. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and documents • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions • Optimize and troubleshoot existing MicroStrategy applications and performance issues • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the platform • Collaborate with BI teams and data engineers to ensure seamless data flow • Follow best practices for version control, documentation, and deployment Requirements: • 6+ years of experience with MicroStrategy (v2021 or higher preferred) • Strong understanding of data modeling and BI concepts • Hands-on experience with schema objects, public objects, and project design • Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) • Experience in performance tuning and MicroStrategy administration is a plus • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder-facing experience Nice to Have: • Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries • Exposure to other BI tools or data platforms Thanks and Regards NANI Email: nani.venu@technosphere.com
