Position: GenAI Engineer (Agentic AI) Location: New York City, NY (Onsite Interview Required) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and enterprise AI application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building intelligent AI agents, autonomous workflows, and production-grade GenAI solutions using modern LLM frameworks and APIs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy agent-based AI applications using Claude Agent SDK and similar frameworks • Build intelligent multi-step workflows involving reasoning, orchestration, and tool integrations • Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise platforms and operational systems • Develop and optimize prompts, evaluation frameworks, and AI interaction patterns • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Compliance Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Claude (Anthropic) and agentic/autonomous AI workflows • Strong programming expertise in Python • Experience with LLM APIs and frameworks such as OpenAI or similar platforms • Proven experience building end-to-end GenAI applications for enterprise production environments • Deep understanding of prompt engineering, model behavior, and AI workflow optimization Preferred Qualifications • Experience in financial services, onboarding, or regulated enterprise environments • Exposure to enterprise-scale AI deployments with governance and audit requirements • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure • Experience working in collaborative cross-functional environments Additional Notes • Candidates must be comfortable attending an in-person interview in NYC • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are highly preferred
