PROLIM Global Corporation () is hiring a Infor CloudSuite - Business Analyst II (Finance) for a leading global technology client. Infor CloudSuite - Business Analyst II (Finance) Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst II with strong Finance ERP implementation experience and hands-on expertise in Infor CloudSuite Financial Modules. This role will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation partner to ensure successful delivery of financial system solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the internal SME for Infor CloudSuite Financial Modules • Partner with business stakeholders and implementation teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements • Lead requirement workshops, design discussions, and future-state process validation sessions • Own business requirements and ensure accurate translation into system solutions • Analyze current-state processes, identify pain points, gaps, and customization opportunities • Review and challenge implementation partner solutions when they do not align with business needs • Document configurations, business rules, workflows, process flows, gaps, risks, and workarounds • Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) • Develop test strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts • Perform Unit Testing and lead SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing activities • Support data migration activities and collaborate with Data Architects for validation and reconciliation • Create training materials, SOPs, and job aids for end users • Conduct training sessions and support change management and user adoption efforts • Identify project risks, data quality issues, and communicate updates to leadership Required Skills: • 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with ERP/Financial Systems • Strong experience with Infor CloudSuite / Infor FSM Financial Modules • Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Financial workflows • Full lifecycle ERP implementation experience • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and documentation • Experience leading SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing • Experience supporting data migration and validation activities • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to work closely with business users, finance teams, and implementation partners • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred: • Experience in Public Sector, Transportation, Transit, or Government environments • Experience with ERP transformation or modernization programs Apply now for immediate consideration.
