Infor Deployment SME

Support the implementation of Infor CloudSuite Aerospace & Defense (A&D) as part of our enterprise transformation program. This role will focus on supplier collaboration, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain processes within Infor and ensure seamless integration with Icertis (CLM) and Deltek Costpoint (Finance/Accounting). The SME will work closely with our System Integrator (SI) consultants, business process leads, and functional owners to ensure that system configuration reflects the to-be processes and compliance requirements necessary for successful operations in the federal and space contracting market. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate all technical build, configuration, and deployment activities across the Icertis (CLM), Infor (S2P), and Costpoint (Finance) platforms. • Manage the integration engineering activities, ensuring all systems communicate effectively and data flows seamlessly. • Oversee data migration and cutover engineering efforts to guarantee a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new platforms. • Ensure all engineering activities are executed consistently and are in strict alignment with enterprise architecture standards. • Collaborate with various technical teams and stakeholders to solve complex deployment challenges and maintain project timelines. • Develop and implement best practices for technical deployment and configuration management. • Act as the primary technical point of contact for all deployment-related issues and escalations. Qualifications • Proven experience in a technical leadership or engineering lead role, specifically with enterprise-level system deployments. • Strong technical background in systems integration, data migration, and configuration management. • Prior experience with at least one of the following platforms is a must: Icertis (CLM), Infor (S2P), or Costpoint (Finance). • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and standards. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to mitigating technical risks.
