Job Title: Informatica and Micro strategy Lead and Architect Location: Remote W2 Position Name Azure Job Summary: This hybrid role seeks an experienced Business Analyst with ten to thirteen years of expertise in profitability and cost management, Azure, AWS, and MS Power BI to drive data informed decision making. The analyst will translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights that optimize costs, improve margins, and support sustainable growth for clients and the organization. Experience: 10 to 13 Yrs Responsibilities: Cloud spend & billing analysis Budgeting & forecasting support Dashboards & executive reporting Tagging, allocation & anomaly tracking Cost optimization documentation -Design and refine business requirements documents that capture functional and analytical needs for solutions deployed on Azure and AWS cloud platforms -Translate stakeholder expectations into user stories and acceptance criteria that guide technical teams in building scalable and secure cloud based analytics solutions -Create interactive MS Power BI dashboards that provide intuitive views of profitability metrics, cost trends, and operational performance for business partners -Optimize data models in MS Power BI to improve query performance, ensure accuracy of measures, and maintain consistency across enterprise reporting assets -Coordinate with data engineering teams to validate data pipelines from Azure and AWS sources, ensuring that ingestion, transformation, and storage processes align with business rules -Perform root cause analysis on profitability and cost anomalies by combining financial data, operational logs, and cloud platform metrics to identify and resolve underlying issues -Document current and future state business processes with a focus on efficiency, standardization, and alignment with profitability improvement goals -Facilitate workshops with cross functional teams to prioritize requirements, validate analytical outputs, and drive consensus on actions that enhance customer and societal value -Prepare executive ready presentations that summarize complex profitability and cost insights into concise narratives and clear recommendations for decision makers -Monitor key performance indicators related to profitability and cost optimization, and propose data backed actions that contribute to the company purpose of sustainable and ethical growth Qualifications -Possess extensive experience in profitability and cost management analysis, including building allocation models, margin reports, and financial simulations that support strategic planning -Demonstrate strong hands on experience with MS Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, report development, and deployment within an enterprise environment -Bring practical exposure to Azure cloud services used for data warehousing, analytics, and storage, with the ability to work closely with engineers on solution design and validation -Exhibit working experience with AWS data and analytics services, ensuring that multi cloud data sources are integrated and governed consistently for business analysis -Hold a track record of collaborating with finance, technology, and operations teams to convert complex business challenges into structured analytical requirements and deliverables -Show proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and process observation, resulting in clear documentation and traceability for stakeholders -Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret large data sets, validate assumptions, and communicate findings in a way that supports sound business decisions -Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable effective engagement with diverse teams in a hybrid work model without reliance on travel -Display familiarity with data governance, quality controls, and documentation practices that ensure trusted, repeatable, and auditable profitability reporting across the organization
