As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Informatics Specialist to harness data and technology to optimize processes and drive decision-making within the Manufacturing and Quality teams. Role Summary: The Informatics Specialist will act as main data expert for Manufacturing and Quality teams, leveraging expertise in SAP S4 HANA, Microsoft Azure, and Power BI to develop and support data-driven solutions. This role will focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights to enhance manufacturing and quality processes in a regulated environment. The Informatics Specialist for Manufacturing & Quality will play a critical role in leveraging SAP S4 HANA & IQVIA s capabilities to design, develop, and maintain manufacturing analytics and reporting solutions. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and IT to deliver actionable, insights, optimize operations, and ensure data integrity. Key Responsibilities: • Data Integration and Management: • Configure and maintain data flows between SAP S4 HANA, IQVIA, Quality Management Systems, Azure Cloud Platform and Power BI for reporting and analytics. • Ensure seamless data integration across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain systems. • Implement and enforce data governance and quality standards. • Reporting and Analytics Development: • Design and implement comprehensive reporting solutions for production performance, inventory management, and quality metrics. • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement. • Develop intuitive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights into manufacturing and quality performance. • Provide trend analysis on quality metrics, production efficiency, and compliance performance. • Collaboration and Stakeholder Support: • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions. • Train stakeholders on data tools and analytics best practices to empower data-driven decision making. • Work closely with internal partners to resolve system issues and enhance data capabilities. • Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process optimization through data analysis. o Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance manufacturing and quality informatics capabilities. • Lead or support initiatives to automate and streamline reporting processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. • Hands-on experience designing and building data engineering solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric, with strong expertise in data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and performance optimization. • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and advanced visualization techniques. • Familiarity with manufacturing and quality processes, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry. • Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, GxP). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with advanced analytics platforms like Azure Synapse or Data Lakes. • Knowledge of MS Suite tools for metadata management and data lineage. • Certifications in Synapse/Fabric or Power BI are a plus.
