Information Architect – HR Analytics

We are seeking an experienced Information Architect – HR Analytics to lead the end-to-end architecture of enterprise HR Analytics platforms. This role will own the complete data lifecycle from upstream HR source systems through lake house transformation, semantic modeling, and certified analytics products in Microsoft Fabric. The ideal candidate will combine strong architecture expertise with hands-on technical leadership across modern cloud data platforms, data modeling, visualization, governance, and enterprise analytics. Key Responsibilities • Define and manage enterprise HR Analytics architecture across source systems, data platforms, and reporting layers. • Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to HR business domains including workforce, compensation, talent, learning, and people analytics. • Build scalable data ingestion, transformation, and lakehouse solutions using Azure/Databricks technologies. • Establish integration contracts, schema governance, SLA standards, and data quality frameworks. • Lead architecture reviews, engineering standards, and complex technical solution implementations. • Deliver certified data products and semantic models for Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Fabric. • Collaborate with global engineering teams across US and India in a DevOps-driven environment. • Support AI/ML, reporting, visualization, and enterprise analytics initiatives. Required Experience • Strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau visualization platforms. • Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and lakehouse architectures. • Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and enterprise data governance. • Experience designing high-volume cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystems. • Strong knowledge of data integration patterns including batch, CDC, and streaming. • Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-scale architecture governance. • Excellent stakeholder communication, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have • Experience with Unity Catalog, OneLake, Fabric IQ, and semantic layer design. • Knowledge of AI/ML analytics workloads, graph/vector data models, and advanced analytics. • Cloud Architect or Big Data certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP. • Exposure to HR domain analytics and enterprise reporting frameworks.
