Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain IT Analyst to support and enhance enterprise supply chain systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business operations and IT, ensuring efficient management of order processing, inventory, logistics, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and support supply chain applications and systems
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Work on ERP modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, and Procurement
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors)
• Support system integrations and enhancements
• Participate in testing (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and data-related issues
• Document functional requirements, workflows, and system processes
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Supply Chain domain
• Order Management
• Inventory Management
• Logistics / Shipping
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
