Role description

Role Overview:
• Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
• Duration: 12-Month Maternity Cover
• Package: Up to £55,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
• Industry: Automotive
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Partner with business and IT teams to gather, analyse, and refine requirements
• Map and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation
• Act as a central point of contact across projects, providing clear updates and driving delivery
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Take ownership of product backlog and prioritisation as a Product Owner
• Produce detailed documentation including technical specifications, data models, and workflows
• Lead workshops and requirement sessions, ensuring clear actions and outcomes
• Support UAT processes, managing defects and ensuring smooth releases
• Help onboard users to new systems and provide ongoing post-launch support
• Champion Agile, Scrum, and DevOps ways of working across teams
Main Skills Needed:
• Proven experience as a Technical or IT Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Experience with data-focused environments or data engineering exposure
• Skilled in stakeholder management across multiple levels and locations
• Confident running workshops and facilitating Agile ceremonies
• Strong documentation skills (e.g. UML, ER diagrams, data models)
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
