How You Will Make an Impact • Lead the effort to gather, document, and validate business requirements. • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization. • Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications used by development teams. • Support testing efforts, including test case development, defect resolution, and deployment readiness. • Facilitate clear communication between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Develop reports, documentation, and dashboards that guide decision-making. Are you an accomplished IT Business Analyst ready to make an impact? Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Business Analysis. • Strong proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation creation, and process mapping. • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks. • Hands-on experience with Excel, Visio, Jira, and related BA tools. • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Proven ability to support testing, training, and implementation activities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within the banking or financial services industry. • Familiarity with Tableau or similar analytical/reporting tools. • Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
