Role description
Contract through - 3/30/2026 Onsite in Newark, CA Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst – IT to support a global procurement systems program currently in its first year of implementation. This individual will play a key role in supporting the team’s post–go-live operations, analyzing business processes, identifying trends, and documenting findings into actionable procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs). The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Coupa, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within a large, fast-moving global team. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. • Develop and document new or updated SOPs to enhance operational efficiency. • Support ongoing Coupa program activities, including issue tracking, data validation, and workflow documentation. • Partner with stakeholders globally to ensure system accuracy and consistency. • Participate in weekly team and project meetings to align on deliverables and updates. • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the continued expansion of the global procurement program. Qualifications: • 7+ years of relevant experience required (10+ years preferred for remote candidates). • Bachelor’s degree required. • Coupa system experience is mandatory; candidates without this experience will not be considered. • Demonstrated ability to identify trends, synthesize insights, and develop process documentation. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive continuous improvement.
