Job Title: Mid-Levl Business Analyst
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 (Hybrid β 3 days onsite/week)

Pay Rate: $28-32/hr
Must-Haves:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in service desk, helpdesk, or application support roles.
β’ Familiarity with:
β’ SSO integrations and SAML authentication
β’ Microsoft Dynamics CE
β’ SharePoint-based applications
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
β’ Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO).
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to translate technical concepts for business users and vice versa.
β’ Willingness to take on on-call responsibilities as needed.
Pluses:
β’ Certifications such as CBAP, CDMP, CBIP, or ITIL Foundation.
β’ Experience in the automotive industry or supporting dealership operations.
β’ Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred); cloud certification is a plus.
β’ Exposure to data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel PivotTables).
β’ Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
β’ Ability to create process flows, use cases, and business process diagrams.
