Job Details: • Job Title: IT Business Analyst • Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA • Duration: 11+ Months • Interview: Face-to-Face / Webcam • Work Authorization: USC / Green Card Important Requirements: • Candidate must be local to the Metro Atlanta area. • Hybrid work schedule: however, candidates must report onsite as required by the client. • A Tax Clearance Letter is required at the time of submission. • All selected candidates will undergo a background check and fingerprinting. Job Summary Under general supervision, the IT Business Analyst 2 analyzes business needs and participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems. The role supports business users by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring business solutions meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Create business requirements, functional specifications, and design documentation. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to evaluate business needs. • Present findings and recommendations to project stakeholders. • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts. • Coordinate and execute system testing for new implementations and enhancements. • Work with vendors and technical teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements, regulations, and best practices. • Manage priorities and deliver assigned work within project timelines. #SKILL MATRIX: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.) from an accredited college or university • Knowledge of Income and/or Business Taxes • Creation of test data, test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate business requirements • Consults with vendors or technical staff to ensure that functionality of automated system is consistent with adherence to laws, regulations • Experience in leading large projects • Experience with requirements gathering and writing scenarios • Analyze customer business needs, planning, design, and implementation of system changes and/or updates
