Our client is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst (Contractor) to support the Product Owner. This hybrid role combines key responsibilities of a Business Analyst and a Scrum Master, playing a vital role in the successful execution of digital projects and agile delivery. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with websites, digital ecosystems, and enterprise platforms, and will act as a strategic liaison between business, marketing, and technical teams.
A strong understanding of Agile practices, stakeholder engagement, backlog management, and enterprise CMS (Adobe Experience Manager or similar) is essential. Experience working on enterprise websites and digital marketing platforms is highly preferred.

β’ Business Analyst Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with Digital Product Owner and stakeholders to elicit, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable user stories.
β’ Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog; prioritize and groom stories for upcoming sprints.
β’ Lead business-side User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution oversight, and issue tracking.
β’ Prepare milestone updates and sprint summaries for business and technical stakeholders.
β’ Coordinate with business users for testing, feedback loops, and change management to ensure smooth rollout of features.
β’ Scrum Master Responsibilities
β’ Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
β’ Act as a servant leader to the teamβidentifying and removing blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
β’ Monitor sprint health, team velocity, and workflow; proactively identify areas for improvement.
β’ Champion Agile best practices and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
β’ Support the Digital Product Owner in sprint goal definition and stakeholder alignment.
IT Business Analyst Qualifications
β’ 5-8 years of experience in a combined Business Analyst and Scrum Master role, within digital or website teams.
β’ Proven experience working with enterprise websites, digital marketing platforms, and CMS tools.
β’ Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a must. Additional experience with other Adobe Products like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target is a plus.
β’ Familiarity with user experience (UX) best practices, SEO fundamentals, QA/testing workflows, and digital analytics.
β’ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to lead teams through Agile delivery cycles.
β’ Proficiency in Azure DevOps or similar tools for backlog and sprint management.
β’ Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise user stories and define acceptance criteria.
β’ Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills across business, creative, and technical teams.
β’ Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PSM) preferred.
