IT Business Analyst 3 📍 Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) 📆 Long-Term Contract ⚠️ Note: In-person interview required. Must be a Georgia resident (no out-of-state applicants). About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to act as a key bridge between business and technology teams. You’ll lead requirements gathering, drive solution design, and support the delivery of enterprise-level systems. Key Responsibilities • Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and workflows • Partner with stakeholders, PMs, and tech teams to define scope and deliver solutions • Support system implementation, data migration, and releases • Drive UAT planning, test case creation, and validation with business users • Act as SME for business systems and provide training & Tier 2/3 support • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimized solutions Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis • Strong experience with requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories • Solid understanding of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) • Hands-on with SQL, data mapping, and system integrations • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar • Exposure to UI/UX concepts, prototyping, and user journey mapping • Familiarity with AI-assisted documentation/tools Nice to Have • UAT coordination, test scripting & defect tracking • Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA • Experience working with or leading Agile teams / Product Owner role Education Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field Regards, Ashish Lal | Talent Acquisition Manager Charter Global Inc | https://www.charterglobal.com Email: ashishl@charterglobal.com LinkedIn: ASHISH K LAL | LinkedIn
