Job Title: Business Analyst (IT) – Intermediate
Location: Easton, OH (4 days on site)
Contract Duration: September 1, 2025 – February 27, 2026 (6 Months)
Overview
We are seeking an Intermediate-level IT Business Analyst to support and enhance business processes and systems within our Easton-based business unit. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver with experience in process improvement, systems analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will act as the bridge between technical teams, business units, and software vendors to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
• Maintain, monitor, and update assigned business processes and/or systems
• Research complex issues, troubleshoot, and resolve independently
• Analyze existing processes/systems for improvement opportunities and implement changes
• Develop user documentation, operational procedures, and training materials
• Design processes that meet applicable regulatory requirements
• Create and deliver specialized and ad hoc reports for management and stakeholders
• Recommend and implement process/system enhancements
• Provide technical support to internal business units, customers, and leadership
• Serve as liaison between software vendors and process/system users or other corporate teams
• Lead or participate in training initiatives and special projects as needed
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience as an IT or business process analyst, preferably in a corporate environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance processes is a plus
