Role description
Business Analyst — Reservations Transformation
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established leisure and hospitality operator with a network of sites across the UK, currently kicking off a transformation programme spanning operations and reservations. This role sits within the reservations workstream, currently in vendor selection phase for a new core reservation system.
As BA, you'll work alongside the Change Manager to gather and define requirements, support vendor selection, and help shape the future-state processes as the new system is implemented.
You'll also pick up work across other workstreams on the wider programme, so this isn't a single-track role. Core focus areas:
• Requirements gathering and user engagement, working closely with the Change Manager
• Supporting vendor selection and system design decisions
• Process mapping and documentation across reservations and other workstreams as needed
• Bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery
• Location/travel: Midlands-based preferred, nationwide travel required with occasional overnight stays
• Rate: £300 - £400 per day - outside IR35
• Contract: Day rate, rolling three-month contracts, potential to run to three years
• Start: August, September at the latest
• Process: Two-stage remote interview
Also recruiting for Change Manager and Project Manager roles on the same programme — get in touch if you or someone in your network might be a fit.
