Job Description: • Minimum 5 years in business analysis or a related field. • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and documentation reviews. • Conduct detailed analysis of current processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Document existing processes end-to-end and produce up-to-date process flows. • Transform business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for IT delivery. • Own the creation and maintenance of process maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures. • Continuously learn new business domains and technology stacks to ensure documentation stays current. • Proactively seek out opportunities to learn and apply new tools, methodologies, and best practices. • Create and maintain an API playbook that serves as a reference for both business and technical teams. • Collaborate with product owners, Scrum masters, developers, and other IT teams to design solutions that align with requirements. • Validate proposed solutions through feasibility assessments and impact analysis. • Partner with QA/QE to define and execute test plans, cases, and scripts verifying functionality and usability. • Facilitate defect triage and drive timely resolution. • Serve as the liaison between business units and IT teams, fostering clear communication and alignment. • Build strong relationships with business partners, understanding their priorities and advocating for high-value solutions. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and improvement opportunities. Skills/Experience: • Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries and pull reports. • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs (design, consumption, and documentation). • Demonstrated ability to produce clear process flows, SOPs, and API reference guides. • Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at presenting complex information. • Eager to learn, adapt quickly to new technologies, and take ownership of documentation quality. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders. • Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). • Experience with process-mapping tools ( Miro).
