Role description
Must Have Qualifications: 7+ years of senior consulting experience part of big projects in large enterprise programs. Workday conversions and experience with workday reporting. Candidate should have general knowledge with IT controls, SOX, and financial reporting control. Overview: This position will lead key components of the implementation, including: β€’ Creating and maintaining scorecard of UAT progress, issues, and results. β€’ Organizing testers from line of business accounting teams. β€’ Articulate test strategy and objectives. β€’ Explain key Workday capabilities and related functions and interfaces. β€’ Plan test execution and records defects and results. β€’ Track defects to resolution. β€’ Assisting with creation and use of mock data based on historical results. β€’ Modify data as necessary to fit test scenarios. β€’ Create and organize expected results. β€’ Validate actual results relative to expected results. β€’ Implement data driven measures of progress and quality. Qualifications: β€’ Experience implementing Workday Financial Management at large financial organizations. β€’ Experience leading teams of people such as testers and support teams. β€’ Experience communicating with project leadership and accounting officers. β€’ Experience with Internal Control over Financial Reporting and IT General Controls.
