Quantum Sphere Technologies (QST) is seeking a versatile IT Developer to support the Congressional Budget Office, delivering secure, high-performance applications and backend services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop applications & backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, CSS, AWS Cloud, SQL
• Automate tasks using Bash, PowerShell, or Perl
• Design & maintain RESTful APIs, UIs with Bootstrap/HTML/CSS, and responsive web apps
• Manage relational databases with advanced SQL performance tuning
• Provision and manage development environments
• Build deployment scripts, maintain artifact repositories, automate testing/linting
• Conduct performance tests, debug, and optimize applications
