Our client has an immediate need for an infrastructure/DevOps engineer with 5-10 years of experience. Must have experience with Gradle, Python / Shell scripting, CICD tools (Harness, Githubactions / Jenkins etc), Cloud platform experience (Open shift, Azure, GCP etc). Duration now- Nov 2024. Preference for candidates in the Cincinnati, OH area but can be remote.
Contract Description:
β’ Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
β’ Develop and automate infrastructure as code using Gradle and scripting languages like Python and Shell.
β’ Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications across cloud platforms (OpenShift, Azure, GCP).
β’ Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security in cloud environments.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations
Qualifications:
β’ 5-10 years of experience in Infrastructure and DevOps engineering.
β’ Proficiency in Gradle and scripting languages, particularly Python and Shell.
β’ Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Harness, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
β’ Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including OpenShift, Azure, and GCP.
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
