💵 Pay: $60–$73/hr (W2)
We’re looking for a mid-level Innovation Developer to support R&D initiatives and cutting-edge pilot projects across AI, machine learning, UX, and blockchain. Ideal for a self-starter with strong coding, technical, and presentation skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Rapid prototyping and hands-on development for new ideas and innovation pilots
• Reverse engineering, hypothesis testing, solution architecture, and demo creation
• Operate independently with minimal guidance and high initiative
• Collaborate with tech leads and directors to communicate progress and outcomes
• Use tools like GitHub, Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams for project tracking
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
• 4–5 years of software development experience (SaaS, cloud, or innovation labs)
• Strong coding in Python and TypeScript (Go/Java is a plus, but not required)
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Comfortable with loose requirements, quick pivots, and delivering outcomes
🔹 Nice-to-Have:
• Background in R&D, innovation labs, or AI-related projects
• Solid understanding of user-centric design and experimentation
Interview Process:
1st Round – Tech Lead
2nd Round – Tech Lead + Director
Work Hours: Core meetings 10 AM – 3 PM ET, flexible otherwise.
