Job summary: We’re looking for a data-driven professional to join our Experience Transformation team, helping clients turn consumer data into actionable insights that improve performance and drive growth. The role involves analysing large datasets and consumer feedback, integrating qualitative and quantitative research, and translating findings into clear business narratives that influence strategy. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, enhance VOC programs, and embed insights into product, marketing, and service strategies. Strong analytical, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills are essential, along with experience in Power BI, Excel, and mixed-method research.
