Role description
Title: Insights Analyst Industry: Gaming Location: Santa Monica, California Duration: 12 months Responsibilities: β€’ Maintain and support recurring reporting for global and regional publishing performance β€’ Conduct data audits and build data tables and pipelines that support marketing and acquisition analytics β€’ Analyze performance trends across product marketing, user acquisition campaigns, paid media, and related initiatives β€’ Develop Tableau dashboards and other self-service tools to surface core metrics and answer business questions β€’ Identify opportunities to improve and streamline recurring data processes for long-term sustainability β€’ Execute ad hoc data pulls and analyses to support stakeholder requests β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making β€’ Document data processes, metrics definitions, and reporting workflows to improve transparency and scalability Requirements: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field β€’ 3+ years of professional experience analyzing large datasets, building data visualizations, and developing data pipelines β€’ Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or Python β€’ Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience in game development, digital entertainment, or publishing environments β€’ Experience in mobile marketing domains (performance marketing, product marketing, CRM, etc.) β€’ Experience working with third-party data sources and tools (e.g., user acquisition platforms, mobile measurement partners, social platforms, app stores) β€’ Proficiency with Databricks and Airflow
