Insights Analyst ¦ Central ¦ Contract Full time Something Extraordinary Every Day™ The Insights Analyst for the Europe division will report to the Head of Analytics & Data Projects and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s data strategy to support business objectives. This role involves contributing to strategic analytics projects, managing external agency collaborations, and identifying opportunities to enhance business performance through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will research, recommend, and lead initiatives that drive growth and improve efficiency. This role is a fixed-term contract for 9 months. What you will be doing The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following: • Contribute to key data initiatives, collaborating with external partners on projects like footfall attribution modelling • Ensure the effective execution of new data and analytics projects, aligning them with business objectives • Equip teams with the ability to harness data, guiding both in-Village and central teams to transform insights into strategic actions • Translate insights into tangible business strategies, directly influencing growth and performance • Help shape the organisation’s data strategy, analytics approach, and governance across key areas — Guest (including membership, private client, international markets, and guest sentiment), Brand, Asset & Sustainability, Finance, and People What makes you special Every colleague is an entrepreneur at heart and this drives our organisational culture, which values invention, innovation and risk taking.
