Insights Analyst - Senior

Job Title : Sr. Insights Analyst The Sr. Insights Analyst leverages data and analytics to drive revenue growth and strategic decision-making. The role focuses on delivering consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights to support Walmart business strategies, particularly for Vita Coco and Modern Hydration brands. Key Responsibilities:Analyze sales performance, assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop reporting dashboards and scorecards (sales, inventory, OOS, rankings, etc.)Conduct opportunity gap analysis and performance assessmentsPartner with cross-functional and external teams to deliver actionable insightsProvide data-driven storytelling to influence retailer and manufacturer strategiesServe as subject matter expert on Vita Coco business at Walmart Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years CPG experience (sales, category management, analytics, shopper insights)Experience with Walmart/Sam’s Club buying teams preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office skills and Walmart Scintilla (required)Experience with Circana/Nielsen, JDA, Numerator preferred Job Type: Contract Pay: $43.52 - $49.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
