Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead AI Developer to join their team. As a Lead AI Developer, you will be part of the Data & AI department supporting innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate complex architecture into actionable development tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design and build agentic AI applications, including multi-step agents, tool‑using agents, and workflow orchestration.
Architect RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, vector search patterns, and retrieval strategies.
Implement agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, and modern agent workflow engines.
Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and production systems enabling automation of complex multi-step business processes.
Ensure all AI agents implement guardrails, governance, and compliance controls to meet enterprise standards.
What's Needed?
5–8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2–3 years hands-on in modern LLM/AI development.
Demonstrated experience building and deploying agentic AI applications in real-world settings.
Strong expertise with LangChain / LangGraph, RAG pipelines, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or similar agent toolcalling/orchestration methods.
Building multi-agent workflows and tool integrations.
Hands-on experience with vector stores, embeddings, evaluation approaches, and LLM application lifecycle.
