We are seeking a skilled IntApp DealCloud CRM professional with a hybrid background across development, administration, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and extending the DealCloud platform to meet complex business needs in investment management, private equity, and deal lifecycle operations.
This role requires a strong mix of hands-on configuration, customization, data modeling, API integrations, and architectural oversight, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement DealCloud solutions for CRM, pipeline management, portfolio tracking, and reporting.
• Configure and customize entities, workflows, dashboards, forms, and user permissions.
• Develop integrations and automation using DealCloud APIs, workflows, and middleware tools.
• Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Maintain data governance, security controls, and system documentation.
• Lead performance tuning, release management, and deployment processes.
• Support business teams with reporting, analytics, and visualization within DealCloud.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior admins/developers.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience with DealCloud configuration and development (entities, workflows, dashboards, layouts).
• Strong understanding of DealCloud DataCortex, Intelligence, and API capabilities.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, and system integration across CRM and external systems (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, ERP).
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau integration for reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on knowledge of workflow automation, validation rules, and permission models.
• Experience managing system upgrades, releases, and sandbox testing.
• Strong SQL skills for query optimization and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Asset Management domains is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• DealCloud Certification (Administrator, Developer, or Architect – if available).
• Exposure to Azure, Power Automate, or other integration frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRMs a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
