Location: Stamford CT (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Contract Type: Contract untll End of 2026, Potential for extension
Pay rate: $65-72/hr
Team Overview
Brooksource is seeking an Integration Analyst to support a high-visibility Business Integration team within Customer Operations. This role focuses on merger and acquisition (M&A) data integration and executive-level Tableau dashboarding, helping leadership clearly understand performance metrics across newly integrated organizations.This opportunity offers strong exposure to senior leadership, ownership of key analytics deliverables, and the chance to support a major merger initiative from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze key performance metrics across multiple companies during mergers and acquisitions
• Partner cross-functionally to define data requirements and recommend adjustments needed to integrate data effectively
• Design and develop complex Tableau dashboards that combine multiple data sources into a single, executive-ready view
• Translate complex datasets into clear, visually intuitive dashboards for non-technical stakeholders
• Build advanced Tableau dashboards that mimic standard web applications in usability and presentation
• Support leadership decision-making by surfacing trends, risks, and areas of opportunity
• Own analytics and reporting deliverables across multiple integration workstreams
Day-to-Day Breakdown
• 50% Cross-functional analysis supporting mergers and acquisitions
• 50% Designing and building advanced Tableau dashboards
Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced Tableau (executive dashboards, complex visualizations, UI-focused design)
• Advanced SQL (data extraction, joins across multiple sources)
• Data requirements development and documentation
• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or integration-focused roles
