Role description
Job Title: Integration Analyst
Location: Remote (U.S. – aligned to business hours)
Employment Type: Contract (40 hours per week)
About the Role
We’re looking for an Integration Analyst who can step in and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology—owning data mappings, supporting system integrations, and ensuring data flows accurately across platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how systems connect and can troubleshoot when things break.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Gather and document integration requirements across business and technical stakeholders
• Define and maintain data mappings (source → target) across systems
• Support and validate API and file-based integrations (REST, SFTP, etc.)
• Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation
• Troubleshoot integration issues and drive resolution across teams
• Coordinate and support UAT efforts for integration workflows
• Create and maintain clear integration documentation and specs
What We’re Looking For
• Experience as an Integration Analyst, Interface Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst (integration-focused)
• Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation logic
• Hands-on experience with APIs and/or middleware platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.)
• Solid SQL skills for validation and troubleshooting
• Experience working across business and technical teams
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with ERP or HRIS integrations
• Exposure to EDI or healthcare integrations
• Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms (iPaaS)
Why This Role
• High visibility with cross-functional teams
• Opportunity to own and improve critical integrations
• Fast-paced environment where your work has immediate impact
If you're someone who can confidently explain how data moves from one system to another—and fix it when it doesn’t—this is the kind of role you’ll thrive in.
